Payment

You can choose from the following payment options:

  • PayPal
  • Visa, Mastercard or American Express (provided by Stripe)
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay or Microsoft Pay (provided by Stripe)
  • MobilePay (provided by Paytrail)
  • Online bank payment with Collector Bank, Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, POP Pankki or Oma Säästöpankki (provided by Paytrail)

When you pay with PayPal, the payment takes place via PayPal’s online payment processing platform. PayPal forwards the payment to us.

When you pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express or with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Microsoft Pay, the payment takes place via Stripe’s online payment processing platform. Stripe forwards the payment to us.

When you pay with MobilePay or online bank payment, the payment takes place via Paytrail payment service. Your account statement or card invoice shows Paytrail Oyj as the payment recipient because Paytrail forwards the payment to us. Paytrail stores IP-address, payment method and payment time and date during the payment process (Data Privacy Notice of Paytrail). Paytrail Oyj (Business ID in Finland: 2122839-7) is a payment institution authorized by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). Delivery Methods

You can choose the desired delivery method from two shipping companies depending on the shipping country specified on the checkout:

  1. For orders delivered within the EU (excl. Finland), the shipping company is DHL. The delivery method is:
    • DHL Express with Home Delivery, DHL Service Point collect or DHL locker collect
  2. For orders delivered within Finland, the shipping company is Posti, the Finnish postal service. The delivery methods are:
    • Posti Pickup Point and
    • Posti Home Delivery

Delivery Costs

For orders delivered within the EU (excl. Finland), the shipping is free of charge if the purchase exceeds 150 €. If the purchase is less than 150 €, we collect a fixed delivery fee of 9.95 € (incl. VAT 24%).

Within Finland, we deliver to Posti Pickup Point free of charge if the purchase exceeds 80 €. If the purchase is less than 80 €, we collect a fixed delivery fee of 5.95 € (incl. VAT 24%). Posti Home Delivery for purchases over 80 € costs 4.95 € and purchases less than 80 € costs 10.90 € (incl. VAT 24%).

Delivery Time

We will send your products within 1–3 working days of placing the order. During high seasons the sending can take up to 8 working days.

Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the exact delivery date for your order since after we have sent the products to you, the remaining delivery time is solely dependent on the shipping company’s delivery capability.

However, DHL guarantees us that after they receive the package from us, the shipment shall be “delivered before the end of the next possible working day.”

To estimate the delivery time of Posti, the Finnish postal service, you can use the delivery time inquiry tool of Posti. The ‘from’ ZIP code is 90620. Please note that this tool is only for shipments inside Finland, and the time is calculated after Posti has received the package from us.

Regardless of the delivery method, you can always track your package with the ‘tracking id’ provided, so you always know how the delivery progresses and where your package is.

Please note that Posti, the Finnish postal service, keeps parcels only for 7 days. After that, a package which has not been picked up will be returned to us.

How to exchange a product

You will have 14 days to exchange a product. The days will be counted from the day when you have received the delivery.

The change and return form should always be filled and enclosed in the parcel. Without the change and return form, we don’t know whose change it is about.

You can change a product to the same product in a different size or color. The product cannot be changed to another product or to a size or color that is not available.

If you have bought a product using a campaign or a discount code, please make the change following section B.

A) The fastest way to change a product is to place a new order on our website and return the original product(s). This way, you’ll get the replacing product(s) faster, and our warehouse won’t run out of the product(s).

B) Return the product(s) and the change and return form where you have entered the size and color you wish to have to replace this order. We will send you a new product as soon as we have processed the change.

How to cancel a purchase

You will have 14 days to cancel a purchase. The days will be counted from the day when you have received the delivery.

You can cancel a purchase partly or entirely by returning the product(s) and the change and return form to us.

The change and return form should always be filled and enclosed in the parcel. Without the change and return form, we don’t know whose return it is about, and we cannot for example refund you the purchase.

If you do not pick up a delivery, this will not be considered a cancellation. For deliveries not picked up, we’ll collect 10 € as delivery, packing and handling costs.

How to return a product

Make the return within 14 days from the receipt of the product.

Pack the products carefully. Preferably, use the same bag or cardboard box you received the dispatch. Remove or cover the old dispatch markings on the package.

A change or return is free of charge when you send us the items following the instructions on this page.

We do not accept returns delivered in any other way, and we won’t cover the expenses due to other kinds of dispatches.

Return with DHL

If your order was originally delivered with DHL Express, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Place the product(s) you want to return in the same paper bag or cardboard box where you originally received the package from us.
  2. Seal the paper bag or cardboard box package with adhesive tape.
  3. Attach the return label to the return package.
  4. Make sure that any old labels are removed or no longer legible.
  5. Then you can either:

Return with Finnish postal service Posti

If your order was originally delivered within Finland, please follow the instructions below.

Return to a Posti parcel locker

  1. Get a return code from https://posti.fi/returnparcel
    • Select there: ”Return with the original item ID.”
  2. Write on the parcel:
    • the return code and
    • your name and address in the top left corner.
  3. Take the parcel to the Posti parcel locker of your choice.
  4. The return will be saved in the Posti tracking service. You don’t need to keep the receipt for the return.

Return to a Posti service point

  1. Write the return ID on the parcel:
    618063
  2. Take the parcel to a Posti service point and tell them that it’s about a customer’s return.
  3. Please keep the receipt for the return until we have refunded you the amount.

Refund of payment

We’ll refund your payment in 14 days after we have processed your return.

We’ll refund the amount using the same payment method you used when purchasing the items.

We won’t answer questions about refunds if there are less than 14 days from the return.

Merchantability

The products must be of merchantable quality in their original, intact, and tidy sales package. In any other case, we’ll have the right to charge an amount equal to the decrease in the value of the product or to refuse to refund the purchase entirely. In this case, we won’t either return the product to you until we have been reimbursed for the return and possible resending expenses.

  • The right of return shall apply only clean and unused products.
  • Product labels must not have been removed, and also product packages need to be returned as intact and tidy. (Does not apply to paper bag packaging.)
  • The right of return shall not apply to socks and underwear if the product package has been opened.

If the returned product is not salable, we reserve the right to charge the cost of refurbishing the product. For example, we charge at least 20% of the product price for pet hair in a product.

If the product has already been used and we cannot accept a return, we will return the product to you after the unnecessary return costs and additional re-shipping costs have been reimbursed.

Upon return, we will refund you the amount of the products returned, not the delivery fee. If you have been entitled to free delivery at the time of purchase, but after returning, you end up keeping products below the free shipping limit, we will charge a delivery fee for your order. The delivery fee will be deducted automatically from the price of the product(s) you returned.
